Emerge Corporate Wellness Solutions takes on the challenge faced by businesses trying to provide their employees with practical programs that fit their business, not one size fits all. Business owners want the people that work with them and for them to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle both mentally and physically to keep them motivated and increase retention. Emerge Wellness designs programs specific to your business to reduce wasted expenses on unused programs.


Zaiba Hasan CEO | Founder

There was no Ph.D. in parent and life coaching, so she created one herself, Zaiba has received training and/or certifications in the following:

  • Corporate Wellness | Diversity & Inclusion: Cornell University

  • Parent Coaching, Parent Coaching Institute with the Appreciative Inquiry Lens. Additionally certified in Conscious Parenting Techniques

  • Sleep Training for ages 0-18, from Family Sleep Services

  • Spiritual Mediation in Conflict Resolution, Sufi University and the Karamah Institute

  • Positive Discipline, The Positive Discipline Association

  • Adolescent Brain Cognition, the Mindfulness Institute 

When she isn’t serving as a coaching catalyst for her clients, she can be found on the baseball fields and basketball courts of the DMV area with her four children and husband of 23-plus years.

Kelly Treibitz COO | Director Parent Programs

Along with a career in nonprofit work for parents of children with disabilities, Kelly had the opportunity to spend the last twenty years raising her three children. The experience of working with (sometimes arguing with) various therapists, educators, medical professionals, and administrators to ensure a successful life experience for her own children gives Kelly a strong basis from which she can positively impact others as well. She combines her experience with education and certifications to offer the following to the clients of EMERGE:
