Our 60- and 75-minute Somatic Yoga experiences are designed through The Practice of Emerging™ to help participants reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate greater presence through mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness. More than a workout, each class is an immersive wellness experience that supports restoration, recovery, renewal, and personal growth. Available as standalone classes, private group experiences, corporate wellness offerings, and as part of our EMERGE Pathways.

Unlike traditional fitness-focused yoga classes, our approach is designed to support the whole person.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, and mindful reflection, participants learn to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate greater presence in their daily lives.
