Our Story
EMERGE Well was born from a friendship, a shared journey, and a belief that women deserve more support as they navigate life's many transitions.
More than fifteen years ago, Zaiba Hasan and Saleheh Vahaji met at a local mommy-and-me group. What began as a chance encounter quickly grew into a meaningful friendship grounded in their shared experiences of motherhood, spirituality, personal growth, and a mutual appreciation for good food and authentic conversation.
Over the years, life led them down different paths. Saleheh navigated the challenges and growth that came with becoming a single mother. Zaiba embraced the joys and demands of raising four children while building a career dedicated to wellness, coaching, and human potential. Though their lives evolved in different directions, they found themselves asking many of the same questions:
Why do certain life stages feel so disorienting?
Why does our body sometimes seem to resist the very things we think should help?
Why do so many women feel disconnected from themselves during periods of transition?
And where can women find support that honors the whole person—not just one aspect of their wellbeing?
Throughout their individual journeys, both women became deeply committed to healing, self-discovery, and understanding the mind-body connection. Years later, they reconnected during a yoga teacher training program and quickly realized how much their paths had mirrored one another.
Together, they saw a pattern.
Women everywhere were navigating major life transitions—motherhood, career changes, caregiving, burnout, relationship shifts, perimenopause, empty nesting, loss, reinvention, and the search for greater meaning—often feeling unsupported, overwhelmed, and alone.
At the same time, they recognized a significant gap in the wellness industry. Many resources focused solely on physical health, while others addressed mindset, spirituality, or personal development in isolation. Few spaces truly integrated wellness, education, purpose, and community into one holistic experience.
EMERGE Well was created to bridge that gap.
Drawing upon Zaiba's expertise in somatic healing, longevity science, corporate wellness, mindfulness, and transformational coaching, alongside Saleheh's work in financial wellness, prosperity psychology, women's empowerment, and personal development, they envisioned a new kind of wellness community—one that supports women through every stage of becoming.
Our Philosophy
At EMERGE WELL, we believe true wellbeing is cultivated through the care of the whole person.
Health is more than physical wellness. It is the relationship between the mind, body, spirit, purpose, and the communities that support us. It is how we navigate life's transitions, respond to challenges, and create meaning throughout every season of life.
Our work is rooted in the understanding that transformation isn't something that happens to us—it is something we practice.
Through The Practice of Emerging™, our signature methodology, we combine neuroscience, somatic practices, longevity science, education, coaching, reflection, accountability, and community to help individuals navigate change with greater awareness, resilience, vitality, and purpose.
We believe that education creates awareness, reflection deepens understanding, coaching inspires action, and community provides the connection and support necessary for lasting growth.
Whether you're discovering who you're becoming, reclaiming your energy, flourishing in a new season of life, or creating a future of greater prosperity and purpose, our mission is to provide the tools, knowledge, and supportive environment that help you move forward with intention.
Because wellness is not a destination.
It is an ongoing practice of becoming.
